Back from Vermont and inspired to dive into more coziness these cooler months, starting with a fire. We have two, double-sided fireplaces that we’ve only lit twice in the seven years we’ve lived here. They’re gas and very simple to start, but a bit of a startle when you stick the lighter in and push the button. I’m not great at relaxing, and I think that’s why I’ve never used them regularly? They bring so much warmth and comfort! Do you use a fireplace in the winter?
